Beastly Besties 🧛

A shared storytelling experience using only 18 cards and skill challenges. (My submission for the Button Shy designer challenge.) For 2-4 players aged 12+, taking 60 minutes.
It’s Halloween night, and there is a huge party in town. The players slip into the roles of the "Beastly Besties", a Vampire, Werewolf, Mummy, and Witch, four best friends who share a flat. Tired of being outcasts from society, they want nothing more than mingling in. They hope to stay undercover until the party peaks at midnight with the famous “Monster Mash”. A song near and dear to their hearts, the Besties have dreamed of this moment for the longest time. But will they manage to stay undercover that long? They have their own secret desires to fulfill, too. And they are just monsters, after all...
